Miami Flowers Design offers local flower delivery in Miami and surrounding areas.

Delivery availability and fees depend on the destination. Please provide the complete delivery address, including any apartment, suite, or room number, the recipient’s phone number, and any special access instructions.

 

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is subject to order time, flower availability, and delivery capacity. Please contact us before ordering if your delivery must arrive by a specific time.

 

Delivery Times

We make every effort to deliver on your selected date. Exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed with our team. Traffic, weather, and building access may affect delivery timing.

 

Hospital Deliveries

Our drivers must check in at the hospital’s main front desk and follow staff instructions. Hospital staff may require flowers and gifts to be left at reception, where they contact the patient’s room or coordinate collection. Delivery directly to the room may not be permitted. Please confirm that the patient’s unit accepts flowers before placing your order.

 

Businesses, Hotels, and Residential Buildings Depending on access rules,

Deliveries may be accepted by a receptionist, concierge, security desk, or another authorized person.

 

Delivery Difficulties

If the address is incorrect, access is restricted, or no one can accept the arrangement, we may contact the sender or recipient to coordinate the next step. Please contact us promptly if you need to update delivery information.

 

Third-Party Delivery and Notifications

Miami Flowers Design uses third-party delivery providers to fulfill deliveries. We share the delivery address, recipient’s name, and relevant sender and recipient phone numbers with these providers to coordinate your delivery. The sender or recipient may receive text messages with delivery updates, arrival notifications, or requests for delivery instructions.

 

Unsuccessful Delivery and Additional Charges

Please provide an accurate, complete delivery address and ensure the sender or recipient can be reached by phone or text. If the address is incorrect or inaccessible and neither person responds to our attempts to contact them, delivery may not be completed. An additional delivery fee may apply for a new delivery attempt. We will confirm any additional charge with the sender before arranging redelivery.

 

If the Recipient Is Unavailable

If the recipient is unavailable and access permits, the arrangement may be left at the front door. Please arrange for someone to bring it indoors promptly, as heat, direct sunlight, rain, or other weather conditions can damage the flowers. If the location is unsuitable for leaving flowers, we may contact the sender or recipient to coordinate delivery.
